We are bound by the rules of our professional body CIMA to keep any information you give us confidential and not pass any personal or business information to any third party, unless required to do so by law or to comply with regulations or quality control reviews.

Email address - we may correspond with you regarding our work for you via email and if you have requested it we may send information about our products and services.

Payment card information - we process all card payments through an accredited supplier. we do not hold payment card information.

 

Where you heard about us - we may ask this to help make our marketing more efficient.

 

Correspondence - if you contact us we may keep a record of that correspondence.

 

Communications - We may occasionally send out information about our products and services. This will only happen if you have registered an interest in our products.

Use of log files

 

Our website servers collect log files which contain information including the IP address of a visitor to the site. IP addresses are not linked to personal information and the data is only used to administer and ensure the efficient running of the website.
